TerraCottem turf is a specialised soil conditioner developed for ornamental lawns and sports turf. It is designed to improve grass establishment and long-term performance while significantly reducing irrigation requirements. The formulation combines water-absorbing components, nutrients and biostimulants that work together to stimulate strong root development and healthy grass growth, even in poor or degraded soils.

By increasing the soil’s water-holding capacity, TerraCottem turf delivers more resilient turf and water savings of up to 50% compared with conventional turf establishment methods. Grass established in soils treated with TerraCottem turf develops deeper roots, remains green for longer during dry periods and recovers more quickly after drought stress than untreated turf.

TerraCottem turf is suitable for use in both seeded and turfed applications, making it ideal for landscaping projects, public green spaces, sports facilities and residential lawns where water efficiency and turf quality are priorities.

Composition

A granular blend based on zeolite, water-absorbing polymers, NPK fertilisers containing magnesium, and biostimulants.
